Welcome to GOAHEAD SERVICES PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "GoAhead," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including but not limited to air conditioning ("aircon") cleaning, maintenance, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), whether accessed via our website, mobile application, phone booking, or any other platform.Our Company ID is 202508720E. By booking, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Offered

GoAhead provides professional air conditioner cleaning, servicing, and maintenance solutions. We aim to deliver efficient and timely services, including options for fast service and immediate appointment scheduling where possible, with a goal for services like standard aircon cleaning to be completed within 24 hours of a confirmed booking, subject to availability, scope of work, and other prevailing conditions.

2. Booking and Scheduling

a. Bookings can be made through our official channels (e.g., website, designated phone line, official app).

b. All bookings are subject to the availability of our technicians and preferred time slots. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred schedule.

c. "Immediate appointment" scheduling refers to our system's ability to quickly process your request and offer the earliest available slots. Confirmation of the exact appointment time will be provided upon successful booking.

d. The "cleaned within 24 hours" service goal is applicable to standard cleaning services booked and confirmed directly with GoAhead and is contingent upon technician availability, accessibility of the location, and the absence of unforeseen complexities or required repairs beyond standard cleaning.

e. We will send a confirmation (e.g., SMS, email, app notification) once your appointment is successfully scheduled.3. User Obligations and Responsibilities

a. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking process, including your name, contact details, service address, and details about the aircon unit(s).

b. You must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the premises and the aircon unit(s) for our technicians at the scheduled time.

c. An adult (18 years or older) must be present at the premises during the service period unless an alternative arrangement has been explicitly agreed upon with GoAhead.

d. You are responsible for removing any fragile or valuable items from the vicinity of the aircon unit(s) before our technicians arrive.

e. You must inform us of any known pre-existing issues, faults, or specific conditions related to your aircon unit(s) or the service location prior to the commencement of the service.4. Pricing and Payment

a. Prices for Services will be quoted at the time of booking or as listed on our official pricing schedule. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

b. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable.

c. Payment is due upon completion of the Service, unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., for corporate contracts or pre-paid packages).

d. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the time of booking or payment.

e. Additional charges may apply for services beyond the scope of standard cleaning/servicing, such as repairs, part replacements, or addressing complex issues. Such charges will be communicated to you for approval before the additional work is carried out.5. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

a.
By You:

i. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least [e.g., 24 hours] in advance of the scheduled service time.

ii. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than [e.g., 24 hours] before the scheduled service time may be subject to a cancellation/rescheduling fee of [e.g., $XX or % of service fee].

iii. No-shows (where our technician arrives at the scheduled time and location but is unable to gain access or the service is cancelled on the spot by you) will be subject to a no-show fee of [e.g., $XX or % of service fee].

By GoAhead:

i. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technician illness, equipment failure, or hazardous conditions. We will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative appointment.

Refunds:

i. Services duly rendered are generally non-refundable.

ii. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of service completion. We will review your concerns and, at our discretion, may offer a complimentary re-service of the specific area of concern or a partial refund if rectification is not feasible.6. Service Limitations and Exclusions

a. Our standard Services focus on cleaning and general maintenance. We do not guarantee that our services will resolve all pre-existing faults or issues with your aircon unit(s) that may require specialized repair or part replacement.

b. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or conditions of your aircon unit(s) or property that were not caused by our direct negligence during the provision of Services.

c. Our technicians will exercise due care but are not responsible for damage to property if it is not reasonably cleared or protected by you prior to service.

d. The "cleaned within 24 hours" commitment may not apply during peak seasons, public holidays, or in cases of extreme weather conditions or other force majeure events.7. Limitation of Liability

a. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoAhead Services Pte. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii.

b. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by you to GoAhead for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.8. Warranty

a. We warrant that our Services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

b. Should you identify any defect in our workmanship within [e.g., 7 days] of the service completion date, please notify us immediately. We will, at our option, re-perform the specific service or provide a credit for a future service. This warranty does not cover issues arising from pre-existing conditions, misuse, lack of regular maintenance by the user, or normal wear and tear.9. Intellectual Property
